I would pick up an instrument and a camera and make music for 60 minutes straight and sing about everyone i love and why i love them and try and let everything out i have with all the intensity and concentration i could until i had nothing left and then the 60 minutes would be over. everything i wanted to give to everyone in the world, all out in music.
i think walk around and hug people for like 10 seconds and then tell them i love them and smile around to everyone. :)
